  If your Stealth Winches motor does not turn on, start by checking the remote lead and connections to ensure they are properly connected. Also, inspect the battery and its connections for any looseness. If the issue persists, the remote assembly might be defective, requiring a replacement. In some cases, the motor itself could be defective; check for voltage at the armature port while pressing the switch. If there's no voltage, consider replacing the motor. Lastly, if water has entered the motor, allow it to drain and dry completely, then run the winch until it is fully dry.
