The Steamtec Sauna heater Touch Screen Control System is designed to provide a user-friendly interface for managing sauna heater functions. This system comprises a touch screen controller, a central control box, and a sauna room temperature sensor, all working in conjunction to ensure a comfortable and safe sauna experience.

Function Description:

The primary function of this system is to control the sauna heater's temperature and working time. The touch screen controller acts as the main interface, allowing users to easily switch the system on and off, adjust the desired temperature, and set the duration of the sauna session. It also includes a light button for controlling an external 12V lamp. The central control box processes these commands and manages the power supply to the sauna heater and other components. The temperature sensor continuously monitors the sauna room's temperature, providing feedback to the control system to maintain the set temperature. The system incorporates a memory function, retaining the last set temperature and time settings, although these may reset to default values (60°C and 45 minutes) if the system experiences a power outage. Automatic shutdown occurs when the set time expires, or the system can be manually turned off via the ON/OFF button.

Usage Features:

ON/OFF Control: A dedicated touch button allows for easy activation and deactivation of the entire system.
Temperature Setting: Users can adjust the temperature within a range of 60-100℃ using the temperature set button and arrow buttons. The default temperature is 60°C. The LCD and a white LED indicator blink to show the current or default temperature during adjustment.
Working Time Setting: The working time can be set from 1 to 60 minutes. A "CH" (long-term) mode is also available, indicated by a blinking white LED on the right side of the LCD. The default working time is 45 minutes.
Light Control: A touch button is provided to switch an external 12V light on or off. An LED indicator confirms the light's status.
Memory Function: The system remembers the last temperature and time settings, providing convenience for recurring use.
Automatic Shutdown: The system automatically turns off once the set working time has elapsed, enhancing safety and energy efficiency.

Installation Guidelines: The manual provides detailed instructions for the installation of the controller, temperature sensor, lamp, and power wiring. It emphasizes that the controller and central control box must be installed outside the sauna room, while the temperature sensor should be inside, at a specific height and distance from the heater.
Safety Precautions: Crucial safety warnings are highlighted, including the necessity for installation by licensed electricians, adherence to local and national electrical codes, and the importance of cutting power supply before any installation, maintenance, or repair. The inclusion of a Residual Current Device (RCD) in the power supply circuit is also recommended for safety.

- "-L" Display: Indicates a problem with the temperature sensor connection (e.g., circuit break) or if the temperature is below 6°C (43°F).
- "-H" Display: Signifies a short circuit in the temperature sensor or if the temperature exceeds 110°C (230°F). In both "-L" and "-H" conditions, the sauna heater will not operate. Users are advised to check the temperature sensor connection and the sauna room temperature, and to contact a dealer if further assistance is needed. The manual also specifies the type of cable wire to be used for power, recommending rubber cable wire capable of withstanding extremely high temperatures (170°C).
