Eggs
The eggs do not need to be pierced as they are heated slowly in the steam. Place the
eggs in the perforated plate or a perforated aluminium tray and insert them on the
middle level.
Steaming time: Soft 10 minutes
Medium 12 minutes
Hard 15 minutes
Meat
Thaw frozen meat in the appliance (see chapter Defrosting).
The cooking time depends on the thickness and the temperature of the meat.
