Incline + - Arrows to contol your speed and elevation.
TIP: You can press the Cool Down button at any time
to end the workout slowly.
TIP: Press the Stop button once to pause the workout
and twice to end the workout completely, allowing
you to choose a different effort level profile.
TIP: Press the Select button at any time to end
the current workout and select a different one.
