The following parameters can be used to customise the sequence of the automac
defrosng feature:
- (5) Duraon of the automac defrosng feature: denes the duraon of the
automac defrosng feature in minutes.
- (6) Temperature seng for the automac defrosng feature: the automac
defrosng feature is started as soon as the “Current temperature on the heat
exchanger(C) falls below this value in °C.
- (7) Temperature seng for stopping the automac defrosng: the automac
defrosng feature is stopped as soon as the “Current temperature on the heat
exchanger(C) rises above this value in °C.
- (8) Control mer for stopping the automac defrosng: the automac defrosng
feature is stopped as soon as the duraon set for it in minutes is exceeded.
Do not use any objects for speeding up the defrosng process except those
permied by the manufacturer!
Leaks
If a liquid escapes from the heat pump, it could be one of the following:
- Condensaon water
- Pool water
- Refrigerant
Condensation water
The formaon of condensaon water is normal during operaon and is not a defect. As
the surface of the nned heat exchanger becomes cold, the humidity of the ambient air
condenses and in extreme cases can also solidify to form ice. Condensaon water that
forms collects in the base plate and is drained o through a hole via the drain connecon
4
. If the drain connecon
4
is clogged, the condensaon water cannot drain
completely out of the heat pump and substanal quanes can collect there.
Pool water
Escaping pool water indicates that:
the hose is not connected correctly to the adapter
2
.
the adapter
2
is not screwed onto the heat pump
1
correctly.
the seal in the adapter
2
is defecve or missing.
the pipe of the circuit inside the heat pump is leaking.
Refrigerant
Escaping refrigerant indicates that the refrigerant circuit in the nned heat exchanger has
a leak. Contact a qualied specialist promptly if you nd a leak in the refrigerant circuit.
