Answering Calls
To answer a call using the headset
1. When the phone rings or when you hear your phone ring
through the headset, briefly press down the multi-function
control once.
2. End the call by pressing down the multi-function control on
your headset, or the END or NO key on the phone.
Answering a second call (if your phone supports
multiple incoming calls)
• You must use the phone keypad to answer and handle a
second call, but you can still use the headset for talking and
listening. You cannot use the multi-function control to
answer the second call. Refer to your phone’s user manual or
documentation for details on how to handle more than one
call simultaneously.
