Why are my dishes not clean in the STERO SU-H Dishwasher?

  There are several reasons why your dishes might not be clean. Check for the following: * Clogged strainers, which require cleaning as per the instructions. * Obstructions in the wash arms, also requiring cleaning. * Wash arms that won't turn, ensure they spin freely. * Detergent dispenser may be clogged. * Scrape dishes before loading to reduce soil quantity. * Ensure proper rack loading (see PREPARATION). * Check water supply to ensure adequate water levels. * Make sure the wash temperature is above 120°F for chemical sanitizing machines and above 150°F for high-temperature machines. * Ensure the incoming water supply is turned on.

Why does STERO SU-H fill too high or leak from the door?

  If the machine fills too high or leaks from the door, it might not be level (see LEVELING). Another cause could be a leaking fill solenoid valve. Power the dishwasher OFF; if water continues to flow into the machine, contact your local service provider.
