7. MAINTENANCE
7.1 CLEANING

7.3 REPLACEMENT
WARNING! THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CUTTING DEVICE SHOULD
BE DONE BY AN EXPERIENCED USER! REWORK OR SHARPENING
BLADES IS NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS IT IS DONE BY A
REPAIRSERVICE OR A SIMILARLY QUALIED SPECIALIST!
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts may create a
hazard or cause product damage. If you shall replace the cutting blade, make sure that the
following characteristics are the same: same shape, same length, same thickness, same
weight, same material.
The following part of this product may be replaced by the consumer.:
Blade
Spare parts are available at an authorized dealer or through our customer service.
Turn the mower onto its side to reveal the underside of the machine. Place a block of wood or a
stop of some kind between the blade and the edge of the deck to prevent the blade from turning
freely. Using a wrench , loosen the blade nut on the bottom of the unit . Remove the blade nut,
the washer, and the blade from the machine.
Put the new blade onto the shaft and replace the blade washer and the blade nut. Tighten the
blade nut. Torque the blade nut to 44-46 N•m. Once the blade is secure, check by hand that
everything rotates as it should.
