help reduce "snatching" during
the first few brake applications.

– Position the brake band behind
the lugs on the crankcase.

– Coat screw with Loctite and fit,
b 16.
– Tighten down the screw firmly,

relaxed condition. If this is not the
case, replace the brake spring.
