If your Stihl Lawn Mower engine is difficult to start, engine power is deteriorating, or the engine is overheating, it could be due to several reasons. The lawn mower housing or cooling ribs might be blocked, so clean the lawn mower. The cutting height might be set too low, or the feed rate is too high, so adapt the cutting height or mow more slowly. There might be water or contamination in the fuel tank, so empty the fuel tank and clean the fuel line and carburetor. The air filter or spark plug could be dirty, so clean or replace them. The engine oil level might be too low, so add or change the engine oil.
