  If your Stihl Lawn Mower doesn't start, the battery might be low. Try charging the battery. Alternatively, the battery could be too hot or too cold; in this case, pull out the activation key, remove the battery, and allow it to cool down or warm up. There might also be a malfunction; try pulling out the activation key, removing the battery, cleaning the contacts in the battery compartment, and refitting the battery. If 3 LEDs continue to flash red, do not use your mower and contact your STIHL servicing dealer for assistance.
