3. Heart rate measurement
This treadmill can measure your heart rate using sensors on the handles. The measured
data is only indicative.
To check your heart rate, place both hands on the sensors (grasp the handle
where the sensors are in the palms of your hands).
4. Preset programs
The original time setting of the programs is 10 minutes. Before starting a
program, the total program length (run time) can be changed by pressing the
SPEED or INCLINE buttons. The length setting range is 5-99 minutes (min-max).
Programs are divided into 10 phases that last the same length of time. The
shorter you select the total program length, the shorter the individual phases
will be, and vice versa. For example, a 10-minute program takes 1 minute per
phase, while a 5-minute program takes only 30 seconds. When the program is
running, an audible signal will sound when the program phase changes.
