Error messages on the display
If there are any problems with the treadmill, the type of fault will be shown on the
display.
In the event of such a fault, please do not hesitate to contact our service center.

Communication fault between the control
unit and the control panel/display.
• Damaged interconnecting
cable - repair or replacement
required.
• The cable end is pulled out of
the connectors - push it firmly
back into position.
• Damaged control unit - repair
or replacement required.
E-02
Bad connection between the motor and
the control unit (no signal from the
motor).
• Contact the service center.
• Check the wiring of the motor
cable.
• Damaged interconnecting
cable - repair or replacement
required.
E-05
Surge protection - voltage fluctuations in
the network. Voltage exceeded the
marked 220-240 V.
• Check the actual voltage -
turn the strip back on when it
reaches a normal level of
around 220-240V.
• Check the condition of the
engine and control unit (in
case of odor, etc.,
replacement or repair is
necessary).

Overload / damage to the motor or
control unit.
Engine or control unit failure -
repair required.
E-07
The safety key is not plugged in.
Attach the safety key to the
magnetic wheel under the
display.
