Causes and solutions to possible faults

The treadmill cannot be
lowered.
The security key is not in
the correct position
Put the safety key in
the correct position.
The main switch is off (in
position "O").
Turn the main switch
to position "1".

The control panel/display does
not display any information.
The control panel and
control unit are
disconnected/disconnected.
Contact the service
center.
(Remove the motor
cover and reconnect
the panel to the unit.)

The heart rate is not displayed.
The sensors are not wet
enough.
Wet the sensors lightly
with water.
The sensing is interfered by
another electromagnetic
field.
Move the belt to
another location.
Avoid contact with
electromagnetic
waves.

The tilt adjustment does not
work.
The motor cable is not
connected correctly.
Contact the service
center. (Remove the
engine cover and
connect the cable
correctly.)

The treadmill/surface slips.
The treadmill is not
tightened enough.
Tighten the treadmill.

The treadmill/surface deflects
sideways.
The treadmill is not
adjusted.
Adjust the treadmill
deviation.
