ALARM PARAMETERS MENU
This menu permits entry of polish parameter alarm limits that are monitored
during polishing. There is both a low and high limit for each polish
parameter monitored.
If any limit is exceeded, the alarm will sound and an error message will show
and be logged into the error log.
If the limit was either a low table or low spindle speed, polishing will halt
and an error message indicating this will show on the screen until cleared
with an abort/reset.
A slurry's pH alarm will be ignored for any polishing step that has 0 ml/m
entered.
Finally, if the machine does not have pH sensors, the pH limits should be set
to 0 and 14 to prevent false alarms.
