30. Adjust the shuttle rear reed switch:
a. By hand, move the shuttle assembly to the middle of the machine,
exposing the rear reed switch through the access opening.
b. Measure the distance between the reed switch mounting strap and
the end of the cylinder.
c. Using a flat blade screwdriver, loosen the round head screw at the
left of the switch by rotating it counterclockwise.
d. Move the switch to increase/decrease the distance between the strap
and the cylinder end by the measurement used to adjust the left
shock absorber stop position.
e. Retighten the round head screw at the left of the switch.
31. Close the Left Side Operator Door.
32. Rotate the Compressed Air Supply valve 1/4 turn counterclockwise to
turn the compressed air supply ON.
33. At the Diagnostics Menu screen, read the shuttle rear reed switch status
(Input 18):
a. If the screen displays 18-OFF, repeat the reed switch adjustment.
b. When the screen displays 18-ON, go to Step 34.
34. When adjustment is satisfactory, reassemble:
a. Rotate the Compressed Air Supply valve 1/4 turn clockwise to
turn the compressed air supply OFF.
b. Open the Left Side Operator Door.
c. Remove the right cleaning station by removing the four hex head
bolts.
d. Push the shuttle assembly to the rear of the machine, exposing the
air cylinder.
e. Pull the assembly to the front of the machine.
f. Replace the access cover and four flat head screws.
