Shuttle Rear Reed Switch Adjustment
26. Close the Left Side Operator Door.
27. At Page 2 of the Manual Control Menu select Right Spindle Up/Down
and choose Up to raise the right spindle.
28. At the Diagnostics Menu screen, read the shuttle rear reed switch status
(Input 18):
GOAL: Input 18 should be ON when the shuttle is in its rear
position.
a. If the screen displays 18-OFF, go to Step 29. to begin the reed
switch adjustment.
b. If the screen displays 18-ON, skip to Step 34. to begin reassembly.
29. Remove the stainless steel forward air cylinder cover:
a. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Bridge Move and
choose Pol tbl 1 to move the bridge to polish position.
b. Turn OFF compressed air as above.
c. Open the door.
