1. Turn machine power on and perform home sequence routine.
2. Remove the white plastic splash ring.
3. Open/remove the Lower Right Front Service Door.
4. Turn the machine power to OFF by pressing the red <EMERG OFF>
button, located on the control panel.
5. Turn off the source of fluid flowing through the table.
B. TABLE REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the two (supply and return) coolant lines:
a. Place a splash pan on the floor below the table.
b. Disconnect the tube fitting at the front of the table (accessed
through the Right Front Access Door opening) by rotating it
counterclockwise with channel lock pliers.
c. Using the channel lock pliers, remove the tube fitting from the
elbow.
d. Remove the elbow by turning it counterclockwise with an
adjustable wrench.
2. By hand, rotate the table counterclockwise to move the second tube
fitting to the front of the machine.
3. Repeat Steps 1b, 1c, and 1d to disconnect the second line and associated
fittings.
4. One at a time, remove the three hex head nuts, three lock washers, and
three flat washers from the underside of the subtable by using a 3/4-in.
open end wrench to rotate each nut counterclockwise while holding the
table down to prevent its turning.
Rotate the table as needed to access all three nuts.
5. If there is a bolt in the center of the table, remove it by using a 3/4-in.
box end wrench.
Leave the washer in place.
