6. Install a 1/2-13 NC eye bolt at the center of the table.
Screw the eye bolt at least ten turns clockwise to secure.
7. Open the Right Side Operator Door.
8. Remove the white nylon crane mounting cap located to the left front of
the table.
9. Install the Strasbaugh table hoist crane in the crane mounting slot with
the crane suspended over the table.
10 Hook the chain of the crane into the eye bolt.
11. Activate the jack and raise the table:
WARNING: To prevent possible injury, do not place hands,
arms, other body parts, or tools underneath the
table.
a. Verify that the pressure release valve of the jack is fully clockwise.
b. Insert the jack handle into the jacking lever and begin lifting the
table off the subtable.
c. Continue to raise the table while pulling it onto the front of the
polypropylene pan.
Use caution--the table weighs approximately 500 pounds!
d. Tilt the table sideways while moving it out of the Right Front
Service Door.
e. Ease the table to a position above a movable cart adjusted to the
same height as the table pan.
12. Lower the table onto the cart by slowly loosening the jack pressure
release valve with channel lock pliers or an adjustable wrench.
