ENHANCED CLEANING STATION
ROTATIONAL SPEED
(POTENTIOMETER) CALIBRATION
[#3 IN CLEANING STATIONS ADJUSTMENT SERIES]
LEFT CLEANING STATION
1. Pull relay 35 out of its socket to disable the right cleaning station while
calibrating the left one.
2. At the servo amplifier for the left cleaning station:
a. Set pot 1 (loop gain) fully counterclockwise.
b. Set pot 2 (current limit) fully clockwise.
c. Set left “slow” motor pot fully counterclockwise.
d. Adjust pot 4 (test offset) clockwise until the left cleaning station
motor starts to rotate and then back off (rotate counterclockwise)
until it just stops.
e. Adjust the left “slow” motor speed pot fully clockwise, placing the
motor into high rpm.
