f. Adjust pot 3 (ref in gain) clockwise until no further increase in
motor rpm is noticed; then back off (rotate counterclockwise) until
the motor just starts to slow from max rpm.
Note: The potentiometers have now been calibrated for a full
swing of the motor speed pot from 0 to 100% rpm.
3. Adjust the left “slow” motor pot for desired rpm in the idle mode.
(Factory setting is approximately 30-50 rpm.)
4. At the Diagnostics Menu, select Toggle Output and enter 3 to turn on
Output 3 (Left Brush Up), raising the cleaning station brush.
(Right Brush Up = Output 4)
5. Adjust the left “fast” motor pot for desired brush rotation rpm in the
cleaning mode. (Factory setting is approximately 150-200 rpm.)
6. At the Diagnostics Menu, select Toggle Output and enter 3 to turn off
Output 3 (Left Brush Up), lowering the cleaning station brush.
(Right Brush Up = Output 4)
RIGHT CLEANING STATION
The right cleaning station operates identically to the left one. Repeat Steps 1.
through 6. for the right amplifier and station, making substitutions shown in the
text.
