B. CHECK CURRENT ADJUSTMENT
1. Observe motion while the raising and lowering the left cleaning station
device:
a. At the Diagnostics Menu, select Toggle Output and enter 3 to turn
Output 3 (Left Brush Up) ON.
(Right Brush Up = Output 4)
b. At the Diagnostics Menu, select Toggle Output and enter 3 to turn
Output 3 (Left Brush Up) OFF.
(Right Brush Up = Output 4)
2. Note the device motion:
GOAL: The device should rise smoothly and move down slowly
and smoothly.
If the goal is not met, correct the motion by following the procedures in
Section C., immediately below.
If the goal is met, skip to the Right Device adjustment.
C. ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
1. Open the polishing area front operator doors.
2. Locate the cleaning station device air cylinder, mounted at the upper
inside left of the cleaning station.
Notes:
• The flow controls are mounted on the L-bracket.
• flow control nearest the front of the machine = UP control
• flow control nearest the rear of the machine = DOWN control
