CONDITIONING ARM PRESSURE
[#2 IN CONDITIONING ARM ADJUSTMENT SERIES]
The procedure below adjusts the up/down stroke of the programmable
conditioning arm assembly and the downward pressure of the conditioning
device upon the pad surface of the polish table.

Follow the procedures detailed in the Operator Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP
