B. CHECK AND CORRECT CURRENT ADJUSTMENT
1. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Robot Move and choose
Left Send to move the robot out of the way.
2. Observe motion while moving the shuttle forward and back:
a. Select Shuttle Move and choose Front to move the shuttle to its
forward position.
b. Select Shuttle Move and choose Rear to move the shuttle to its rear
position.
c. Note the motion:
GOAL: The shuttle should move smoothly front and back.
d. If the goal is not met, correct the motion by following the procedure
beginning with Step 3., immediately below.
e. If the goal has been met, skip to Step 6. of When Satisfactory
Adjustment Is Achieved, below.
3. At Page 1 of the Manual Control Menu select Bridge Move and choose
Pol tbl 1 to move the bridge to its polish position.
4. Turn OFF the facilities water.
5. Open the Polish Area Left Side Operator Door.
6. Disconnect the water line to each cleaning station (located at the front
of each cleaning station) by loosening each water line fitting with a
9/16-in. open end wrench.
7. Using a 9/16-in. socket head wrench, remove the four hex head bolts at
the base of each cleaning station by rotating them counterclockwise.
Set all eight bolts aside.
8. Lift each cleaning station up and out of the machine.
