9. Remove the rectangular access cover located between the bases of the
cleaning stations:
a. Use a flat blade screwdriver on the four counter-sunk screws of the
cover.
b. Set the screws aside.
c. Lift the access cover off with the edge of a screwdriver.
10. Rotate the Compressed Air Supply valve 1/4 turn clockwise to turn the
compressed air supply OFF.
11. Manually push the shuttle assembly to the rear of the machine until the
left rear flow control is visible.
12. Continue to manually move the shuttle assembly to the back of the
machine, exposing the stainless steel air cylinder cover.
13. Using a 3/16-in. hex key to rotate the four 10-32 socket head screws
counterclockwise, remove screws and the stainless steel cover.
14. Slide the cover toward the front of the machine and lift out, exposing the
left front flow control.
15. Rotate both flow controls fully clockwise.
16. Rotate both flow controls counterclockwise three turns.
17. Manually pull the assembly to its forward position as far as it will go.
18. Turn the compressed air supply back ON.
19. Test the new adjustment:
a. Test by repeating Step 2., above.
b. If the goal is not met, correct by rotating the flow controls in 1/2-
turn increments clockwise and retesting as needed until the goal is
met.
c. When the goal is met, go on to When Satisfactory Adjustment Is
Achieved, immediately below.
