6DS-SP DATE AND TIME SETTING
The date and time are set in the 6DS-SP in "DOS" using the standard DOS
commands.
Note: You don't have to do all date and time steps -- only those you
choose. Each one functions independently.
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
1. Exit to the DOS prompt (repeat from above).
2. To view the date:
• DATE
<Enter> <Enter> Type “DATE” and press the Enter
key twice.
3. To change the date:
a. DATE <Enter> Type “DATE” and press the Enter
key once.
b. 06-03-93 <Enter> Type a new date using the format
"MM-DD-YY" (for example, “06-03-
93”).
Note:
• You must use dashes.
4. To view the time:
• TIME
<Enter> <Enter> Type “TIME” and press the Enter key
twice.
