  If your Stratco Garage Door Opener responds to the O/S/C button but not the remote, there are a few things to check: * If the remote light doesn’t flash, the battery may be loose; open the rear cover and ensure the battery is connected. * Make sure the receiving antenna is fully pulled out. * Consider replacing the remote battery with a new 12V battery.
