WARNING: Strato Automation utilizes a ½ wave rectified internal
communications circuit and can only share BACnet RS-485 networks
with other controllers with ½ wave BACnet communication devices.
Strato Controllers may not have successful BACnet communications
when sharing networks with full wave devices except if these devices
have an internal isolated RS-485 circuit or using an external isolated
repeater/router. Failure to observe this could result in damaging the
Strato Controllers.

Single Voltage DC Transformer
The BW437 can be powered using a Class 2, 24Vac
transformer, or to a 24Vdc power source. If the transformer
does not have a circuit protection, it is recommended that a
2-amp fuse be placed between the transformer and the
controller.

If powering the BW437 with a 24VAC class II
transformer with the secondary common tied to
ground, it is important to note that the ground being
used is referencing a true earth ground.
