 Filters are clean

 Filters are clear of obstructions

 Tighten all electrical connections

 Check contacts on contactors for signs of pitting

 Clean unit as necessary

 Clean coils

 Inspect and clean chilled water screen

 [If option is installed] Clean condensate pump

 Inspect chilled water system for leaks and corrosion

 Conduct a complete check of all services listed above and clean unit’s interior

 [If option is installed] Check harmonic ﬁlter for tight connections and check capacitors

Miscellaneous

 Check chilled water circuits for air. Bleed as required

 Coils are clean of dirt and debris and clear of obstruction

Fans

 Fans rotate freely

Condensate Drain

 Drain is open
