CYBERWALL™ INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Product Description
The STULZ CAHXXXXXXXX CyberWall™ unit is composed of two modules that can be field assembled
to facilitate moving the unit through tight spaces. The unit has six fans that provide a horizontal airflow, an
external chilled water (CW) source and a CW coil through which cold fluid is circulated. The fans are available
in two types - electronically commutated (EC) and induction AC.
Upon demand for cooling, a microprocessor controller modulates a CW valve to open proportionately to
cooling demand and adjusts fan speed to meet a user-defined temperature setpoint.
Heat from the surrounding air is transferred through the finned tubing of the coils into the chilled fluid and the
fluid is recirculated back to its source.
NOTE
The CyberWall™ is strictly for non-residential use.
The unit has a factory-mounted main power disconnect. The disconnect is located inside the unit. Power
is disconnected/connected using a handle that extends through the door. It provides a lock-out/tag-out
tab for use when the unit is powered-off for maintenance. Units with dual power input will have two power
disconnect handles.
The disconnect switch electrically isolates the unit beyond the disconnect switch power input connectors.
The system incorporates state of the art component protection with the use of motor starter protectors. An E²
pluS microprocessor controller and graphic terminal with LCD display is standard with CyberWall™ systems.
NOTE
A Warranty Registration and Start-Up Checklist is provided with the unit data package. Complete it
during start-up and return it to STULZ. This checklist should be used as a guideline for items that need to
be confirmed during start-up.
