  If your Style selections Indoor Fireplace heater doesn't work, even with the Power and Heater switches in the “ON” position and the thermostat set to “HI”, it might be in a protected status. To resolve this, turn all switches to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, plug it back in and operate as usual.
