What to do if there is spark but no pilot flame on my Style selections SSFBD28T Indoor Fireplace?
    • V
      Victoria HughesAug 18, 2025
If there's a spark but no pilot flame on your Style selections Indoor Fireplace, first, make sure the gas supply is on and the equipment shutoff valve is open. Ensure the control knob is fully pressed in while pressing the ignitor button. If it's a new installation or there was a recent gas interruption, hold down the control knob for 30 seconds to remove air from the gas lines, repeating the igniting operation. Also, the ODS/pilot might be clogged, so clean it or replace the ODS/pilot assembly. Check the inlet gas pressure, and if it's incorrect or the inlet regulator is damaged, replace the regulator. Finally, consider whether the gas supply is depleted, and if so, contact your local propane/LP Gas Company.
