What does 'EE' mean on my Sub-Zero Refrigerator display during Diagnostic Mode?

If “EE” is observed in the left display area during Diagnostic Mode, it means the thermistor in that location is either open or shorted, or there is a break in the thermistor’s wiring. Check the thermistor connection or replace the thermistor.
