Door
To remove the door, first uninstall the unit, then (See
Figure 3-10):
1. Place the unit on it’s back.
2. Use a T-20 Torx drive to extract the screws from
each hinge.
3. Remove the microwave door, and place face down
on a protected surface.
Door Panel
To remove the door panel, first remove the door, then
(See Figure 3-11):
1. Remove the choke cover seal.
2. Remove the choke cover.
3. Use a T-15 Torx drive to extract the screws from
the door panel.
Door Assembly
To remove the door assembly, first remove the door
panel, then (See Figure 3-11):
1. Use a T-25 Torx drive to extract the handle screws.
2. Remove the complete handle assembly.
Handle Assembly - Complete
To remove the complete handle assembly, first remove
the door panel, then (See Figure 3-12):
1. Use a T-25 Torx drive to extract the handle screws.
2. Remove the complete handle assembly.
Handle Assembly - Stand-off or Bar
To replace the handle, or a stand-off (See Figure 3-12):
1. Use a AM-3 Allen wrench to extract the stand-off
set screws.
2. Remove the handle and stand-offs assembly.
3. Use a AM-5 Allen wrench to extract the screw that
passes through the stand-off into the handle (not
pictured).
