Governor system (1) Loosen the bolt and remove the governor
lever from the governor shaft. There is no
need to remove the bolt.
(2) Remove the governor spring.
(3) Remove the governor rod and the rod
spring from the carburetor.

Carburetor, Insulator Remove the carburetor from the cylinder head.
Remove the insulator.
