How to Safely Disconnect Your Compressor Car Fridge
• Switch O the Fridge: Before unplugging the appliance, ensure to turn o the power using the
on/o switch on the control panel. This prevents any electrical sparks or damage.
• Unplug the Appliance:
• Direct Connecon: If your fridge is directly connected to a 12V or 24V DC socket in your
vehicle, carefully pull the plug out by holding the connector rather than the cable to
avoid damaging the wires.
• AC Adapter Use: If connected to an AC power source via an adapter, rst switch o the
AC power outlet before unplugging to eliminate any residual current.
• Inspect the Cord: Aer unplugging, check the power cord and plug for signs of wear or damage.

repaired by a professional.
• Secure the Fridge: When disconnecng the fridge for transport or storage, make sure it is

• Clean and Venlate: Aer disconnecng, use the opportunity to clean both the interior and

period.

the fridge.
