  If your Sulzer Dispenser isn't discharging material, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the material might have cured in the mixer; if so, replace the mixer, referring to the mixer open-time in the technical data sheet for the materials you're dispensing. Alternatively, the pressure might not be high enough. Try gradually increasing the pressure by turning the pressure regulation valve.

Check that the correct cartridge holder is installed and is not damaged, and push the cartridge fully down into the cartridge sleeve. * There might be foreign matter in the cartridge guide. Remove any foreign matter, but do not use sharp tools. * The wrong diameter of plunger discs might be installed.   If the cartridge cannot be removed from your Sulzer Dispenser, it might be because the plunger discs are still in position inside the cartridge. Fully retract the plungers by using the retract button, and check the dispense volume indicator.
