Common Troubleshooting:
PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
Wrong size rivet. The different rivets need to change the compared nosepiece, jaw and jaw joint.
Had some filings jam in the jaw case.
Use the adjustable wrench or spanner to disassemble frame head.
Use spanner to disassemble jaw case.
Use blow gun to clean out filing; then smear the oil on the parts.
Rivet is jammed
Had some filings stick on the nosepiece
top.
It is often happened when pulling the aluminum rivet.
Use the sharp thing (tool) to remove the filing.
Damaged o-rings. O-rings need to be replaced.
Air leaking.
Loose screws. Screws need to be tightened.
Stroke length is not correct. Frame O-ring is damaged or deformed. Frame O-ring has to be replaced.
Air feeding tube loose. Re-install and tighten the tube. Tool runs slow or has loss
of power.
Operating pressure is too low. Increase the operating pressure to 85-95psi.
Hydraulic oil is not enough. Rivet can’t pull out or no power. Open the cylinder cap and reload Hydraulic oil into the tool.
