6 TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW CHART

Cold Head Cooling Power is low
Check the leakage of
the flex line connections
Abnormal
Correct the error(s)
then
Adjust the filling pressure

No intake and exhaust noise
from Cold Head
Check the ambient temperature
Control the circumstance to
the specified temperature

Power Cable connection
Correct the error(s)

Repair the interface
for good thermal conductivity

the Cold Head

Damage of Cold Head Cilynder:
Warm up and remove the Cold Head
and check the dent, bend or damage of
the Cold Head Cilynder.
