Why is there persistent condensation on my SummerAire Fan windows?

If you notice persistent condensation on your windows when using the SummerAire Fan, it might be due to a few reasons. First, the dehumidistat settings may need adjustment to achieve the correct relative humidity (RH) reading. Try setting it lower and verify its functionality; if it's faulty, replace it. Also, ensure that the HRV operates continuously and consider increasing the fan speed to improve ventilation. The system should be balanced. A broken damper blade assembly can also cause this issue, requiring replacement. Lastly, a failed main control board could be the culprit, so replace it and inspect the connection between the motor shaft and damper, as the coupling might be loose.
