Drying Chart for Herbs and Spices
Herb/Spice Preparation Drying time Use

Wash, pat dry with paper
towel. Place leaves
onto drying racks.
2-4 hours Soups and sauces.

Wash, pat dry with paper
towel. Slice into desired
lengths.
