ranties, if applicable, are limited to the duration of the warranty periods mentioned above.
This exclusion applies even if this warranty fails its essential purposes and regardless of
whether damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or
strict liability in tort or under any other legal theory. In no event is Sun Home Saunas liable for
any other form of damages, whether direct, indirect, liquidated, incidental, consequential,
punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including but not limited to the loss of profit, antici-
pated savings or revenue, income, business, production, opportunity, or reputation. Please
note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or conse-
