How to fix a Sun Joe Pressure Washer that won't start?
    • R
      Robert RossJul 28, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer refuses to start, first, ensure it's properly plugged into a working outlet. If it still doesn't start, check the power cord and reset the GFCI, and try a different outlet to rule out a defective socket. Also, replace the fuse if it has blown and switch off any other machines using the same circuit. Finally, try operating the unit without an extension cord to eliminate potential issues with a defective extension cord.

Why is my Sun Joe Pressure Washer pulsating?
    • K
      Katherine WhiteJul 31, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer is pulsating, it could be due to several reasons. First, there might be air in the inlet hose; allow the machine to run by holding the trigger until regular working pressure resumes. Second, check that the water supply corresponds to the specifications required, as an inadequate supply of mains water can cause this issue. Third, the nozzle could be partially blocked, so clean it. Fourth, the water filter might be blocked, so clean the water inlet filter. Finally, check the hose for any kinks or blockages and straighten it out.

What to do if my Sun Joe Pressure Washer keeps stopping?
    • K
      Kimberly LewisAug 5, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer stops frequently, a blown fuse could be the culprit. Replace the fuse and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Also, verify that the mains voltage corresponds to the specification on the model tag. If the thermal sensor is activated, leave the washer for 5 minutes to cool down. Lastly, a partially blocked nozzle can cause the machine to stop, so clean the nozzle.

Why does my Sun Joe Pressure Washer have fluctuating pressure?
    • H
      huntmichaelAug 9, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer has fluctuating pressure, start by checking that the hoses and connections are airtight, as the pump might be sucking air. If that's not the issue, the valves might be dirty, worn out, or stuck, so clean or replace the valves/seals. For worn-out pump seals, please contact the Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® customer service center at 1-866-SNOWJOE (1-866-766-9563) for assistance.

    • T
      Thomas BaileyAug 13, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer starts, but no water comes out, first check if the pump, hoses, or accessories are frozen and wait for them to thaw. Next, ensure there is a water supply connected to the unit. Also, the water inlet filter might be blocked, so clean it. Finally, the nozzle could be blocked, so clean the nozzle.

Why does my Sun Joe Pressure Washer start and stop by itself?
    • N
      Nichole WilsonAug 17, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer often starts and stops by itself, it could be due to a leaking pump or spray gun, or a broken trigger mechanism. Please call the Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® customer service center at 1-866-SNOWJOE (1-866-766-9563) for assistance.

Why does the fuse keep blowing on my Sun Joe Pressure Washer?
    • C
      Cory TuckerAug 22, 2025
If the fuse blows in your Sun Joe Pressure Washer, it might be because the fuse is too small. Install a fuse with a higher amp rating than the amp consumption of the machine. Also, try the unit without an extension cord.
