What to do if my Sun Joe Pressure Washer machine refuses to start?
    • C
      Caroline GloverJul 28, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer doesn't start, it could be due to a power failure, the machine not being properly plugged into a working receptacle, a defective socket, or a blown fuse. Ensure the machine is plugged into a working outlet, check the power cord and reset the GFCI, and try a different outlet. Also, replace the fuse and switch off any other machines that are using the same circuit.

Why does my Sun Joe Pressure Washer keep pulsating?
    • L
      Logan DeleonAug 1, 2025
Your Sun Joe Pressure Washer might be pulsating because there's air in the inlet hose, an inadequate supply of mains water, a partially blocked nozzle, a blocked water filter, or a kinked hose. To fix this, allow the machine to run by holding the trigger until regular working pressure resumes. Check that the water supply meets the required specifications. Clean the nozzle and water inlet filter. Straighten out the hose to remove any kinks or blockages. Avoid using long, thin hoses (minimum 1/2 in. diameter).

Why does my Sun Joe Pressure Washer have fluctuating pressure?
    • E
      ewallerAug 7, 2025
Fluctuating pressure in your Sun Joe Pressure Washer can occur if the pump is sucking air, the valves are dirty, worn out, or stuck, or the pump seals are worn out. To resolve this, check that the hoses and connections are airtight. You can also try to clean or replace the valves and seals.

What to do if my Sun Joe Pressure Washer stops?
    • L
      Lindsey MooreAug 12, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer stops, it could be due to a blown fuse, incorrect mains voltage, activation of the thermal sensor, or a partially blocked nozzle. Replace the fuse and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the specification on the model tag. Allow the washer to cool down for 5 minutes, then restart. Clean the nozzle.

Why does my Sun Joe Pressure Washer start, but no water comes out?
    • J
      Jason McclainAug 17, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer starts but no water comes out, the pump, hoses, or accessories might be frozen, there could be no water supply, or the water inlet filter or nozzle might be blocked. Wait for the pump, hoses, or accessories to thaw. Connect the inlet water. Clean the water inlet filter and the nozzle.

What to do if the fuse blows on my Sun Joe Pressure Washer?
    • W
