Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Fix Cushion and Attach Handlebars

Attach the cushion to the adjustable tube using hex bolts and washers, then attach handlebars using hex bolts, washers, and nuts.

Step 2: Assemble Back Stand and Base Tubes

Insert the back stand tube into the back base tube and secure with hex bolts and washers.

Step 3: Insert Front Stand Adjustable Tube

Insert the front stand adjustable tube into the front base tube and secure with hex bolts and washers.

Step 4: Install Foam Tube and Foam Pads

Insert foam tube through the leg support tube hole and place foam pads on the ends.

Step 5: Final Assembly and Securing

Attach back stand tube, insert lock pins, and attach leg support tube, ensuring all bolts and nuts are tightened.

Operation and Maintenance

Adjusting Cushion Height

Loosen the lock pin, adjust the tube to the desired height, and re-tighten the lock pin.

Folding the Bench

Pull out the lock pin, fold the bench, and re-insert the lock pin; the folded bench requires leaning against a wall.

Maintenance

Daily Maintenance

Clean sweat, inspect/tighten hardware, check moving parts mobility, and clean parts with appropriate cloths.

Weekly Maintenance

Inspect all parts, hardware, and moving components; tighten or replace as needed.
