This can happen if your hands aren’t placed on the handle pulses immediately after pressing the START button, so make sure to put your hands on the two handle pulses right away. If that doesn't work, the Body Fat Function may not be receiving a pulse signal. Try plugging in the handle pulse wires again, or replacing the handle pulse wires. If the issue persists, the meter may need to be changed.
