isnotbeingmanufactured.
10.3. Claiming warranty.
Everycustomerwhohaspurchasedawa-
ter heater from NES Ltd., and who has
goodreasonstolayawarrantyclaim,shall
proceedasfollows:
a) Immediatelynofyinwring:
1) The installer, or the company
thathassoldthewaterheatertohim,or
2) Thedistributorrm,or
3) The commercial representave
ofNESLtd.intheregion.
Forthispurposetheclaimantshallllout
aclaimform;thelaershallbeaccompa-
nied by the document proving the pur-
chase of the waterheater (invoice) with
thedateofpurchaseinit.
b) Aer receiving the claim form,
NES Ltd. considers it and makes deci-
sionwhethertheclaimhasgrounds,and
whetherthedefectiswithinthescopeof
the warranty set forth in this cercate
forlimitedwarranty;aerwhichinforms
the customer as to its decision and the
stepsheshallfollow.
c) The return of a product cannot
be done without wrien authorizaon
issuedbytheQualityDepartment.There-
turnprocedureshallbeaccordingtoRMA
(ReturnMaterialAuthorizaon).
d) If on customer’s request, and
videdforinthegeneralcondionsofsale.

voidin cases when defectsand errors in
funconing
ofproductsarecausedby:
1)Accidents, installaon on movable
structures, negligence, improper care or
nonconformity.
2)Failuretoobservethe installaon,use
andmaintenanceinstruconssetforthin
theinstallaonmanualofrespecveprod-
uct.
3)Improperinstallaonanduseaswellas
changes, especially if they are not made
byauthorizedaer-saleservicepersonnel
ofNESLtd.
4)Tesngand operaonpressuresgreat-
erthanvaluesestablishedbyNESLtd.and
setforthinproductmanuals,oruseofwa-
terwithcharacteriscvaluesexceeding:
-Dissolvablesalts–500mg/l;
-Calciumcarbonate–200mg/l;
-Freecarbondioxide–50mg/l;
-phcontent–minimum5andmaximum

5)Freeze,ood,naturaldisastersorthird
partyaconsaswellasanyintervenons
intonormalfunconingcondionsofwa-
terheatersandthecontrolofNESLtd.
Thecustomeraswellshouldmonitorthe
ancorrosion system (magnesium anode
/ Correx up, etc.). He should periodically
checkthemagnesiumanodeandreplace
itdependingonthegeographiclocaonat
intervalsdependingonthetypeofwater
(soofhard)oftheregionwherethewa-
terheaterisbeingused.
c) The warranty cercate is considered
voidforwaterheaterswhoseserialiden-
caonnumbershavebeenmodied,re-
movedorblurred,orcannotbeexpressly
aested.
