If fingerprint recognition isn't working on your Suprema Touch terminals, check for sweat, water, or dust on your finger or the fingerprint sensor and wipe it clean. If that doesn't work, try again after drying both with a dry cloth. If your finger is too dry, try blowing on it gently before attempting again.

If fingerprint recognition fails too often on your Suprema Touch terminals after successful enrollment: 1. Refer to ‘How to Register Fingerprints’, and then enroll the fingerprint again. 2. Since recognition rates vary with fingerprint characteristics, try enrolling another fingerprint. 3. If many fingerprints are enrolled, adjust the Matching Timeout setting and try again. 4. Note that an injured finger might be mistaken for someone else's.
