Q8: The blades are not aligned when receiving
it.
A1: We keep our products oiled and aligned
before leaving the factory; however, the blades
may become out of alignment due to impact. If
the blades have been removed for cleaning or
replacement,please realigned the blades.

From the date of purchase, the main part of the
product can enjoy a one-year warranty service
(excluding accessories). Product failures due to
accidental damage, unauthorized repairs,
improper storage and other man-made damage
are not covered by the warranty.
