  If the LED on your SurfLink Media Converter is solid green but you aren't hearing any streamed sounds, it could be due to several reasons: * Your hearing aids may be out of wireless range. Try moving closer to the SurfLink Media 2 and adjust the Streaming Activation Control slider to the far right. * Telephone memory might be active. Make sure your hearing aid is in a memory capable of streaming, as streaming stops when telephone memory is active. * The current audio fidelity setting may not be supported by your hearing aid. Adjust the audio fidelity switch to the bottom position.

Also, ensure that the electronic audio source is turned on and that the digital output is set to PCM. SurfLink Media 2 does not support RAW, Dolby Digital®, AC3, and MPEG audio formats.
